Having worked in different industries from large corporations to medium size companies, we were often required to find the right skills and/or expertise for time limited assignments. The challenge was to find these resources in a timely manner.
That's why we’ve developed SKILLS FINDER, the first Swiss platform based on reviewing candidate profiles.

Priska
worked for more than 15 years in the Finance Industry as a Business Analyst, Project and Product Manager. She has led her projects passionately and successfully in various areas of the bank both nationally and internationally, working in Hong Kong for more than 4 years. She has a Bachelor Degree in Management Information System and a Master Degree in Investment Management. Alongside, she promotes women entering the technical professions.
Natalie
has worked for more than 18 years with great passion as a Human Resource Manager, starting her career in the Finance Industry and later in the area of power supply and cement industry. She has experience in the operative as well as strategic Human Resource Management with focus on Talent Management, recruiting and development. Natalie has a Master Degree in Human Resource Management and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Coaching..
Alberto
has been active in the e-commerce and digital transformation sector for more than 12 years. Two hearts beat in his chest: one for technology, the second for the corporate side. He combines these two areas with his expertise. He has successfully developed and implemented technical analyses, strategies and concept developments. Alberto is a qualified electronics technician and has a Masters degree in Business Administration.
